Resep Risotto

Resep Risotto kali ini diambil dari salah satu chanel youtube, Howcast.
Resep risotto yang dasar banget dengan isian yang bisa disesuaikan sesuai dengan selera.

Bahan:

• 3-4 cup kaldu ayam
• 2 sdm olive oil/minyak zaitun
• 1/2 bawang bombay ukuran sedang, cincang
• 1 cup beras arborio
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 2 sdm mentega
• 1/4 cup keju permesan

Bahan tambahan:
Daun aromatik, sayuran, atau daging sesuai selera

Cara Membuat

1. Panaskan kaldu ayam dengan api kecil.
2. Di wajan, panaskan minyak zaitun. Masukkan bawang bombay dan tumis hingga harum
3. Tambahkan beras arborio ke dalam wajan. Masak sebentar kurang lebih selama 3 menit. Hindari memasak hingga beras kecoklatan. Beras harus masih berwarna putih di tengah dan transparan di bagian tepi beras.
4. Tambahkan wine, dan aduk rata. masak hingga wine terserap ke dalam beras.
5. Tambahkan satu sendok sup kaldu ayam. Aduk rata hingga kaldu terserap oleh beras. Ulangi proses ini hingga beras berhenti menyerap kaldu atau kaldu hampir terserap. Jaga beras tetap al dente.
6. Tambahkan  bahan tambahan (daging dan sayuran) sesuai selera. Aduk rata.
7. Angkat wajan, tambahkan mentega dan keju. Aduk rata.
8. Sajikan

Perhatikan skema antena Penguat Sinyal GPRS, 3G, GSM, CDMA, Modem, Wireless dan Internet dibawah ini :

1. Lubangi pipa pvc 4dim dengan ukuran 50cm tadi dengan bor/ solder. lubangnya seukuran dengan besarnya ujung dari kabel perpanjangan usb. Diukur yang bener ya, kalo kegedean ntar kemasukan tikus. Signalnya bisa berkurang. Hehehe…

2. Lapisi seluruh permukaan luar dari paralon dengan dengan lakban almunium / alumunium foil. jangan lupa sisakan sedikit ruang buat lubang usb tadi
